The Lavender Houses' five Bedrooms are furnished with traditional pieces giving each room its individual character offering every comfort and amenity. Each of the five suits is furnished with rich textiles and antiques with personalized courtyards.

The Lavender House offers informal luxury, A country house which is operated more like a private home. Garden flowers, log fires and home grown vegetables all contribute to the comfortable feeling of this well maintained home.

	Peradeniya botanical gardens :
	Situated in the Hill capital Kandy . This visit to this garden will provide spectacles at extraordinary beauty and absorbing interest for any nature lover and casual visitor. Peradeniya is well know for it's large variety of plants ornaments, useful machine and other creepers that produce the special spices at Sri Lanka. The great lawns highlight huge tropical trees and variety at bamboo can be found in one place.

	Where plants and trees from around the world seen at home Haggala Botanical Gardens, just 10km away from Nuwara Eliya City . Haggala is one of the places one visits as an essential part of a pleasant journey in the famous hill resort of Nuwara Eliya. The site is legendary. It was once the pleasure garden of Ravana of the Ramayana epic and according to many, it was one of the places where the beautiful Sitha was hidden by the demon king.

	The Nuwara Eliya Golf Club Address: Nuwara Eliya , Sri Lanka Holes: 18 At the base of Mount Pidurutalagala in the heart of tea country. At 1890' above sea level, it features fir-lined fairways, bunkers and scenic surroundings. The 9th is an island green surrounded by bunkers. Water (rivers) comes into play on 6 holes. This course which is reputed to be one of Asia 's finest is 5'520 m (par 71). The fairways are long and narrow and bordered by fir trees and thick bushes. It demands skilful "position play" and the hilly terrain makes it essential that players can cope with up-hill and downhill lies. The Golf Club is 10 minutes walk from the Grand Hotel and 190 km from Colombo . Golf is played on all courses throughout the year.
